Perhaps you are renovating or building new and need assistance selecting new counter tops, flooring, lighting and/or plumbing fixtures. Kat will assist you in making the right choices that you will enjoy for years to come!
Shopping/Resource Services
No time to research, shop and search for the right home furnishings? Or, perhaps you're overwhelmed with all of the choices. Kat will accompany you and help you narrow down the options. If you prefer, Kat will complete the task for you and deliver the options to you for your consideration! The choice is yours, you just get a little help!
How-To-Instruction
Are you a do-it-yourself wanna be? Everyone has the ability, but perhaps needs the instruction and guidance. Kat can instruct you on a countless number of how-to topics, i.e. how to strip wallpaper, estimate fabric requirements for making your own window treatments, or creating an antique finish on your grandmother's hutch. Just ask! Private group instruction is also available.
Making It Fit
Before you invest in a roomful of furniture, it makes sense to know what pieces will fit the best and what size would work best. You would be surprised at how many homes have too much furniture in a room., or even more commonly, the furniture is too big! A floor plan with layout options from Kat will insure that you make the right choice.
Design to Sell Services (Home Staging & Detailing)
A staged home is void of clutter and is set to showcase its attributes. According to statistics, a staged home shows better, sells quicker, and at a higher price. Rates are similar to redesign. Staging reports are also available, for do-it-yourself instruction.
Fee's for the above services are based on the hourly fee of $80. Mileage is billed at .60 cents per mile.
Redesign
For less than the cost of a new chair you could have a whole new look in just one day! First we empty the room of its contents. Next, we create a fresh new look by shopping the rest of your house using your existing furnishings! The fee for this service typically ranges from $400-$600 per room, contingent on the scope of the job. In today's economy, Redesign gives you the biggest bang for your buck!
